Our Rates

Our minimum fee for each visit is $170+GST.

  • 1 to 3 Bedrooms and 1 Living Area: Standard rate is $170, while the Heavy Duty option is $250.
  • 4 Bedrooms and 1 Living Area: Standard rate is $210, Heavy Duty is $310.
  • 5 Bedrooms and 1 Living Area: Standard rate is $250, Heavy Duty is $370.
  • 6 Bedrooms and 1 Living Area: Standard rate is $290, Heavy Duty is $440.
  • 7 Bedrooms and 1 Living Area: Standard rate is $330, Heavy Duty is $500.

  • Stain Treatment (for up to 5 average-sized stains): $100
  • Stairs: $3 per step
  • Additional Living Area: $50
  • Standard Hallway (up to 15 Sqm): $40
  • Large Hallway (between 15-30 Sqm): $80
  • Couch Cleaning (up to 5 seats): $150
  • Small Rug Cleaning (up to 2mX2m): $60
  • Large Rug Cleaning (up to 3mX3m): $90
  • Single Mattress Cleaning: $90
  • Double Mattress Cleaning: $150
  • Commercial Carpet Cleaning: Standard $3.50 per Sqm (Minimum charge of $175+GST), Heavy Duty $5 per Sqm (Minimum charge of $250+GST)

Note: All listed prices are exclusive of GST. These additional services are available at the listed prices only when purchased alongside a carpet cleaning service.

We also offer Upholstery Cleaning and Flood Restoration Services to address water-damaged carpets.

Clean Services reserves the right to adjust the initial quote following an on-site inspection if the carpet condition demands extra effort.

We recommend that the area be unoccupied during the cleaning process. While we will move light furniture, customers are responsible for relocating beds, sofas, and other heavy items.
