Iclean Services Twelve Guidelines for Mutual Respect (Terms and Conditions)

 

Scheduled Time:
iClean Services provides cleaning between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on your designated day. Since cleaning durations can vary from home to home, we can’t guarantee an exact time of arrival or departure. However, we’ll make every effort to arrive at the agreed-upon time and will notify you if we anticipate a delay of more than 30 minutes.

Day of Service:
iClean Services strives to maintain a consistent, predetermined day for each cleaning session. Should we need to reschedule due to staff unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible.

Home Access:
Prior to the cleaning service, we’ll arrange how our team can access your residence. Please provide any necessary codes, such as alarm or lockbox codes, in advance.

Cost:
Our standard pricing information is available online. If you have any questions, feel free to request a complimentary quote.

Payment Method and Terms:
Payments must be made exclusively through internet banking. Payment is due and must be confirmed in our account by the next day following the cleaning service.

Late Payment Policy:
If an invoice is not paid within the agreed timeframe, additional costs may apply. Late payments will incur a 5% late fee per month on the outstanding balance until fully settled. Any fees related to debt collection or legal proceedings to recover unpaid amounts may also be charged to the client.

Special Cleaning Needs:
If your home requires extra attention, such as handling excessive dirt or mold, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning.

Preparation:
While there’s no need to “clean” before we arrive, we ask that you “tidy up” to maximize the effectiveness of our service.

Environment:
You are not required to vacate the home during cleaning. If you have specific needs—such as conference calls or nap times—please inform us beforehand so we can adjust our schedule.

Pets:
Kindly secure your pets outside the home, if possible.

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued once the cleaning service has been completed. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

Cancellation Policy:
Full payment for the cleaning session is required if:
a) You cancel or modify your cleaning appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.
b) You fail to provide access to your home.
c) There are issues with your keys that prevent our team from entering.

Service Termination:
If you wish to discontinue our services, please notify us via email, giving at least two weeks’ notice.
