The initial cleaning session is aimed at getting your home ready for our regular cleaning routine. This session might take a bit longer as we focus on removing mildew, soap scum, dust, and other types of dirt from all those hard-to-reach spots.. While it’s not as intensive as a Spring Clean (where we move everything), it’s a thorough clean to set the stage for regular maintenance. This initial clean is also an excellent time to add ‘extras’ like fridge, oven, or window cleaning. The rate for this initial clean is $50 + GST per hour, per cleaner.
*You can also book this service as a one-off cleaning at a rate of $60 + GST per hour for each cleaner.
Our comprehensive initial house cleaning includes everything in a Regular House Clean, with added focus on often overlooked or hard-to-reach areas, such as:

The initial deep cleaning service is billed on an hourly rate. Our charges start at $50 per hour per cleaner for regular cleaning customers, and $60 per hour per cleaner for a one-off service.
