Iclean Services Twelve Guidelines for Mutual Respect (Terms and Conditions)

 

Scheduled Time:

iClean Services provides cleaning between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on your designated day. As cleaning durations can vary from home to home, we can’t promise an exact time of arrival or departure. However, we’ll make every effort to arrive at the agreed-upon time and will notify you if we expect to be delayed by more than 30 minutes.

Day of Service:

iClean Services strives to maintain a consistent, predetermined day for each cleaning session. Should we need to reschedule due to staff unavailability or other unexpected events, we will provide you with as much notice as we can.

Home Access:

Prior to the cleaning service, we’ll discuss how our team can gain access to your residence. Please notify us of any necessary codes, such as alarm or lockbox codes.

Cost:

The majority of our pricing information is accessible online. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out for a complimentary quote.

Special Cleaning Needs:

If your home requires extra attention, such as excessive dirt or mold, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning.

Payment Method:

We accept payments exclusively through internet banking. Payments must be confirmed in our account by the first Monday following the cleaning service.

Preparation:

There’s no need to “clean” before we arrive, but please do “tidy up” to maximize the effectiveness of our service.

Environment:

We don’t require the home to be empty during cleaning. If you have specific needs—like conference calls or nap times—please inform us in advance so we can adjust our cleaning schedule accordingly.

Pets:

Kindly secure your pets outside the home, if possible.

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued once the cleaning service is completed. If you’re dissatisfied in any way, please inform us within 24 hours for rectification.

Cancellation Policy:

Full payment for the cleaning session is due if: a) You cancel or modify your cleaning appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice; b) You fail to provide home access; c) There are issues with your keys, preventing our Cleaner from entering.

Service Termination:

If you wish to discontinue our services, please notify us via email, giving at least two weeks’ advance notice.
